You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums.

Bookings are encouraged, via our reservations page and selecting Tasting Bench Experience.
On the hour, every hour daily, tastings run for 45mins at $15pp.
o reserve your booking, a credit card pre-authorisation of $20 per person is required, which is not debited unless you don’t show up and let us know. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior. Please let us know if you are going to be late, so your table is not relinquished and your credit card charged.
